Blessings University of Excellence (BLUE) is a Private University owned by Bread of Life Church International (BLCI). It was established in 2018 with the mandate to provide higher education of the best quality for purposes of contributing to the fulfilment of the need for a quality workforce that is productive, morally sound and responsive to the socio-economic and spiritual development requirements of humanity locally and globally. The Head Office of BLUE is located at the Corner of Vubu and Lumumba Roads in Emmasdale, Lusaka, Zambia. BLUE is duly registered by the Patent and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA). It is accredited with the following professional and regulatory bodies:

2. General Nursing Council of Zambia (GNCZ)

3. Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ)
