Mother Eve Private is a Mission School owned by African Methodist Episcopal Church Zambia Registered with the Ministry of General Education (MOGE) as a private school. The school was established with the assistance from Board Donors of BEMUDA through Rev. Malcom Eve and Mother Eve (AMEC-USA) which are committed to open life-changing opportunities for children through quality education. Education is wealth that can be invested by people to better their lives. Education is the most effective weapon against poverty and social enigma.
School was formerly called Jordan Pre-School, which was officially opened in 1995 by Rev. Albert Mungala the Pastor in Charge at Jordan Chapel Libuyu. It was constructed with the help from Board of Donors from BEMUDA (USA), to provide education to the community of Libuyu, Livingstone. However, over the years, the School has evolved from just offering Early Childhood Education to Primary and Secondary Education Services to the Community of Libuyu, Maramba, Linda and other parts of Livingstone Town.
