Absa ReadytoWork is an education and skill development initiative designed to help young people go from learning to earning. Young people can register on the Absa ReadytoWork App to access online training courses for free.
In the learning hub, the following core training courses are available:

People Skills to find ways of working together and understanding people's emotions.
Money Skills to help you manage your money.
Entrepreneurial Skills if you dream of running your own business.
More advanced courses like Digital Literacy, Gig Economy, Blockchain Technologies, Computational Thinking (developed by a leading South African university), among other courses, are constantly being added.
